End of semester drink! 8DEC

Greetings!

Happy to say that some of us have come to the end of our Masters studies in the last few days (me included!). This means no more all night sessions in the 'green zone' and a diet that will consist of more than Allens Snakes, double latte, Jilla Mints, and weird vending machine cakes. Happy days indeed!!

To celebrate general festivities and the advent of Summer (although it may as well be Winter this week!) let's get together for a drink...

Thursday 8th December from 6pm onwards
The Rose (private area booked)
Cnr Cleveland & Shepherd Sts, Chippendale

Masters Network really has grown over the last 18 months. It was fantastic to see so many people out last time at the Argyle Bar!

As always, this is an open invitation, so forward this email to anyone who might want to join us!

Let's drink winter goodbye!

Hey ya'll!

Hope you're surviving the winter... no doubt hanging out for spring following a little sneak preview last week...

With the new semester already rolling (my last one EVER hopefully!) what better excuse to catch up over a warming drink or two?!

This time, let's get together where they have good food, drinks, and a bit of music later on, all in a really cool space (pardon the pun!).

Friday 26th August from 6:30pm onwards
The Argyle
18 Argyle Street, The Rocks

As ever, EVERYONE is welcome! Please forward this onto anyone you know that might be interested in hanging out with a pretty decent bunch of people ;-)

Lastly, please RSVP to this email if you plan to come. Sorry to be boring, but this is so I have an idea of numbers for booking a space. Feel free to drop me a line with any questions etc.

See you there!

Next Masters Network catch up - 29th June White Horse Surry Hills

Is it just me or has this semester been particularly painful? If you're anything like me you've been struggling through exams. Although there is light at the end of the tunnel... once it's all over it is well and truly time to kick back and celebrate!

Now running for over twelve months, the Masters Network has grown to over 100 current or graduated postgrad business colleagues. It has been fantastic connecting and drinking with everyone. Happily, many new friendships have been formed out of past events. Doesn't it make you feel all warm and fuzzy!

Being cold wintertime, I figured we need somewhere cozy and comfortable to catch up. So I've reserved the lounge area (with fireplace attached) at the White Horse in Surry Hills. With the added bonus of 2-for-1 cocktails until 7pm. Woo hoo!

Details of the next catch up:

Wednesday 29th June from 5:30pm onwards
The White Horse
381-385 Crown Street, Surry Hills (near Foveaux Street)
Look for the "Masters Network" sign marking the reserved area (on entry level ground floor)
Contact me on the night - 0424 332 589

As always, please forward this email onto anyone you know who might be interested in chilling out over a glass or two. The more the merrier! Just remember to RSVP so I can get an idea of numbers.

Can't wait to see you there!

Cheers
Nath :-)

Job in Melbourne?!

Hi UTS Master Network!

Here Chloé

I am posting this message because I am moving to Melbourne in 2 weeks (saturday 12th of March) and I am still looking for a job. I did a Master of Management majored in Event Management and I am now looking for a position in Event Management either in a Multinational company, or in the music or sport industry in Melbourne.

I would appreciate any advice or help you might be able to offer with this request.

Cheers!
